Every very program begins with three in-depth assessments that help me understand exactly where you are and what you need:
Body Assessment
We’ll review your health history, current lifestyle, and any existing injuries or limitations. This includes body composition, nutrition habits, sleep quality, and stress levels—so your program is safe, sustainable, and effective.
Move Assessment
I’ll guide you through movement screens and simple mobility tests (all remote-friendly). This helps me see how you move, identify strengths and imbalances, and ensure every exercise fits your abilities and goals.
Work Assessment
We’ll measure your current fitness capacity with basic strength, endurance, and work capacity tests, tailored to your experience and equipment. This gives us a clear, motivating starting point for your training plan.
3. Personalized Program Design
Based on your assessments, I’ll design a completely individualized program for exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle—built around your goals, schedule, and available equipment. You’ll get your program delivered through the CoachRX app, with everything clearly explained and ready to follow.
4. Onboarding & First Two Weeks
Your onboarding includes app setup, profile creation, and your first two weeks of programming based on assessment results. You’ll get step-by-step instructions, plus tips for integrating faith and fitness.
5. Ongoing Coaching & Support
Direct Access: Message me anytime through CoachRX or by phone if you need help, have questions, or want to share a win.
Regular Check-ins: We’ll do monthly check-ins (and weekly if needed) to review your progress, adjust your plan, and support your spiritual and physical growth.
Travel Workouts: Heading out of town? I’ll create custom travel workouts that fit your location and equipment.

You’ll be invited to virtual events, group check-ins, and encouraged to share your journey with others for extra motivation and support.
