What if I travel?

No problem at all. Your training is created around your schedule and the equipment you have available. If you travel, just make sure you let coach know and your programming will be modified.

What does the nutrition programming look like?

We will discuss your current nutritional habits ans what your goals are. Your lifestyle choices will play a big role in your nutrition. We will discuss all of it and get you on the right track. We will do small changes at a time to make sure you make lasting changes.

What is the duration of each training session, and how often should I train

That is all up to you. Training is created around your training schedule and what you can do. We will discuss this in the Discovery Call and during Onboarding.

How soon can I expect to see results from my training program?

Results vary between individuals but typically appear within four to six weeks.

What is HYROX?

HYROX is a global fitness race that combines functional strength training with endurance in a standardized indoor competition format. Think of it as the “marathon of functional fitness.”

Here’s the clear breakdown:

The Format

Every HYROX race follows the same structure worldwide.

Athletes complete 8 x 1 km runs, and after each run, they perform a functional workout station.

That means: 1 km run + 1 workout repeated 8 times.
